12:18THE ERZETICH CHARYBDIS, OPEN BACK FLAGSHIP PLANAR HEADPHONES COMING OUT OF SLOVENIA
The reviewer found the Erzetich Charybdis to be a well-built, comfortable flagship planar headphone with deep, textured bass and good technicalities, but noted it can sound bright and edgy on neutral sources and scales best with warmer tube amps. They preferred the Audeze LCD-X for comfort and source versatility, though they still consider the Charybdis a solid performer.
