Reviewers agree the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro deliver excellent sound quality, strong noise cancellation, and unique features like on-earbud recording, making them a strong value at their price point.
9:51The reviewer praises the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro for their unique features, including on-earbud recording and a triple-driver setup, and finds the sound quality excellent, especially with the Harman tuning. However, they note that the Wi-Fi lossless feature is limited to Xiaomi's Ultra phone, which they couldn't test, and they highlight the strong ANC performance. Overall, they consider these earbuds a strong contender at their price point, potentially outperforming AirPods.
22:43The reviewer finds the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro to have excellent sound quality, top-tier noise cancellation, and a great fit, but is disappointed that the Chinese version he purchased lacks access to the full companion app, preventing EQ adjustments and the voice recording feature. He concludes they sound great out of the box but could be even better with EQ customization, and he plans to test the global version.
8:10The reviewer finds the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro to have excellent noise cancellation and useful translation features, but notes the high price, plastic build prone to fingerprints, and connectivity issues with iPhones, including a lack of touch controls for pausing or switching songs.
