Sound7.6
A wired single-dynamic-driver IEM using THIEAUDIO's 3D Velocity Transducer diaphragm architecture. It was aimed primarily at audiophile personal listening and a natural, vintage-style presentation rather than stage monitoring.
The HearWiki takeAI-condensed
The THIEAUDIO ELIXIR is a wired dynamic IEM that delivers a lively yet balanced sound, blending engaging tuning with solid technical ability for its price. It offers good resolution, natural timbre, and precise imaging, though it may not suit listeners seeking a purely neutral signature. Comfort and fit can be finicky over long sessions, and certain vocal ranges may show minor coloration.

19:25ThieAudio ELIXIR Earphones (1/DD)
The reviewer finds the ThieAudio ELIXIR to be an excellent single dynamic driver earphone, with outstanding midrange and vocal reproduction, and overall performance that surpasses its price peers. The bass is good but slightly lacking in mid-bass energy, which can be addressed with EQ. The reviewer highly recommends it, especially for vocal-centric music.

25:32REVIEW! ThieAudio ELIXIR vs. KATO +more
The reviewer finds the ThieAudio ELIXIR to be a well-tuned single dynamic driver IEM with a neutral, warm-leaning sound signature that stands out from its V-shaped competitors. It offers a mature, clean, and non-fatiguing sound with tasteful bass, though the fit security is a bit weak and the neutral tuning may not suit everyone. Overall, it's a solid option at its price point.

9:25in-Ear Fetish Review \\ Thieaudio Elixir IEM
The reviewer finds the Thieaudio Elixir to have a smooth, creamy midrange and strong low end, but the treble becomes harsh and piercing at higher volumes, especially with heavier music. He believes the $209 price is too high, suggesting it would be a great value at around $80–120, and recommends other IEMs in that price range instead.

20:35Raptgo Hook vs Thieaudio Elixir IEMs Review - Unique technology IEMs
The reviewer compares the THIEAUDIO ELIXIR to the Raptgo Hook and Sevenhertz Timeless, finding the Elixir to be a well-balanced, fast, and detailed IEM that offers excellent value at its price point. While the Hook has a more expansive soundstage and better accessories, the Elixir's natural tonality and transient speed make it a strong competitor, though the reviewer notes it lacks the Hook's interchangeable cable plugs.

28:34Thieaudio Elixir - The Lexus of IEMs!!
The reviewer finds the Thieaudio Elixir to be a very smooth, relaxed-sounding single dynamic driver IEM with excellent ergonomics and build quality, but notes it lacks the energy and bass impact of similarly priced competitors like the Hana 2021 or the more expensive Oxygen. It is recommended for listeners who prefer a neutral, non-fatiguing tuning, but not for bass or treble heads.
