Review: The BGVP Q2s with Knowles drivers sound amazing for wireless earphones,. but it isn't perfect. Tested vs Moondrop Sparks, PurePlay Z3, more.
The HearWiki takeAI-condensed
The BGVP Q2s stands out for its balanced, detailed sound and long battery life, with the unique ability to switch to a wired connection via MMCX. However, its unreliable Bluetooth, finicky touch controls, and lack of water resistance make it better suited for indoor listening rather than daily on-the-go use. Multipoint support and aptX codec add convenience for compatible devices.
What works
- Balanced and natural sound with good detail
- Long battery life of 7 hours per charge, 28 with case
- Can be used wired via MMCX connection
- Supports multipoint and aptX for flexible use
- Lightweight at just 5 grams
What doesn't
- Bluetooth connectivity can be unreliable with long pairing times
- Touch controls are finicky and not always responsive
- Poor call quality for conversations
- No water resistance, not suitable for workouts or rain

10:10True Wireless Earbuds That Double As IEM's!! : BGVP Q2S
The reviewer finds the BGVP Q2S to be an excellent-sounding true wireless earbud that also works as a wired IEM thanks to its MMCX connectors, offering a warm, balanced, and detailed sound with a wide soundstage. While it lacks features like wireless charging, fast charging, an IP rating, and an included MMCX cable, the audio quality makes it an easy recommendation under $100.
