Is the Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro worth the upgrade from the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro?

Meaningful upgrade

The Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro scores 6.0 points above the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro. That's a real improvement, though not the kind you'd notice on every track. The gains are concentrated in battery (6.0 to 8.5), calls (7.0 to 9.0) and noise cancelling (7.0 to 8.0). You do give up ground on value (9.0 to 8.0). On paper: battery life 8 h to 12 h, bluetooth 5.2 to 6.1 and microphones 6 to 10. Worth checking: battery incl. case goes 32 h to 28 h and driver size goes 10.6 mm to 9.2 mm. That costs $55 more, or about $9 per point of score - reasonable value for the jump. Worth doing if you're replacing anyway; harder to justify as a pure upgrade if what you have still works.
