Is the OPPO Enco Air5 Pro worth the upgrade from the Apple AirPods 3?
Verdict
Clear upgrade
Going from the Apple AirPods 3 to the OPPO Enco Air5 Pro buys you 19.2 points of HearWiki score - a clear step up that reviewers agree on rather than a marketing refresh. The gains are concentrated in battery (7.0 to 9.0), calls (6.3 to 8.0) and sound (7.0 to 8.0). On paper: battery life 6 h to 13 h, active noise cancelling and codecs SBC, AAC to SBC, AAC, LHDC. Worth checking: case weight goes 37.9 g to 43 g and wireless charging goes Yes to No. It's also $15 cheaper, which makes this an easy call. If your current pair is worn out or the gains line up with how you listen, this one is worth the money.
