Symphonium Helios Review - Uniquely Excellent

  13.2K viewsJun 2022

The reviewer praises the Symphonium Helios as a technically outstanding IEM that sets a new benchmark for its price, with exceptional sub-bass, clarity, and dynamics. However, it has a V-shaped tuning that may not suit neutral listeners, and its large size and high power requirements are notable drawbacks. Overall, it's a unique and fun-sounding IEM that excels in certain areas but makes trade-offs.

Focal Clear MG Review - A Mixed Bag

  52.6K viewsAug 2021

The reviewer finds the Focal Clear MG to be a well-built, comfortable headphone with excellent detail retrieval and powerful bass slam, but criticizes its dark tonality, muddy low-end texture, and a significant issue where male vocals are positioned too close and sound unnatural. Overall, they consider it a mixed bag that is not worth the asking price due to these trade-offs.
