Checkout the AKG K245 Monitor Headphones | David Lewis talking tech & audio
3.8K viewsFeb 2022
The reviewer finds the AKG K245 headphones comfortable, well-built, and versatile for studio and location use, with a flat sound profile that suits speech and podcast work. However, they note a narrow soundstage and a lack of low-end detail, making them less ideal for bass-heavy mixing. Overall, they recommend them as a good all-rounder at the price, especially for spoken-word applications.

The reviewer finds the Audio-Technica M60x headphones to be lightweight and portable with a decent soundstage, but criticizes their build quality as feeling cheap and the sound as lacking in the lower mids and bass, making vocals unclear. They conclude the headphones are disappointing compared to competitors in the same price range, though they might suit location work.
