Headfonia frames the ER3SE as a highly detailed, neutral in-ear monitor with excellent isolation and a specification set aimed at portable listening. The review positions it as a serious reference-style earphone rather than an all-purpose consumer tuning.

Headphonecheck presents the ER3SE as a neutral, in-ear model using a balanced-armature transducer, and highlights its compact design and included tip/carrying accessories. The review’s spec-focused verdict is that the earphones are built for accurate sound and strong isolation rather than a mainstream, bass-boosted signature.

The Headphone List strongly praises the ER3SE’s passive isolation, describing it as class-leading among in-ear monitors. The implied conclusion is that it is a standout choice when maximum noise blocking and a neutral presentation matter most.
