Abyss Diana TC

The reviewer is highly impressed with the Abyss Diana TC after a day of listening, describing it as the closest headphone to the sound of high-end Genelec studio speakers, with exceptional precision, detail, and vocal performance. They note physical improvements over previous models and believe it makes the Diana Phi obsolete, while the Diana V2 remains a distinct, more affordable alternative. The reviewer plans a full review after more listening time.

The reviewer finds the Abyss Diana TC to be a beautifully crafted, highly detailed headphone, but notes significant comfort issues with the headband and pads, and a U-shaped sound signature that can make mids sound hollow. While the treble clarity and texture are praised, the overall tonality and soundstage are not considered special for the price, leading to a mixed verdict.
