The generic, brand less XG-12 or XG12 is one of the hottest selling true wireless earphones on AliExpress, at just 15 dollar. Is it good?

The HearWiki takeAI-condensed

The XG-12 TWS earbuds are a budget-friendly option that offers basic wireless functionality, including Bluetooth 5.0, multipoint support, and an IPX5 water resistance rating. However, their overall performance is hampered by a flimsy charging case, unstable connectivity, and a sound signature that lacks clarity, making them a less compelling choice even at their low price point.

The reviewer describes the XG-12 as a very generic, low-cost true wireless earbud with acceptable sound for the price, but undermined by weak Bluetooth stability, a flimsy-feeling case, and muddy/tinny audio. Overall, the review concludes it is easy to skip in favor of saving a little more money.

A tacky charging case, unstable Bluetooth connection and a muddy-tinny sound. It's best to save up a few dollar more and skip the XG-12.
