6:00The reviewer was surprised to find that Ugreen, known for cables, makes headphones, and the HiTune Max5C impressed him with good sound quality. He discovered they are essentially the same as the One Audio Focus A5, sharing identical specs and internals, but he recommends the Ugreen because it includes a USB-C to C audio cable and a companion app with more tuning options. Overall, he considers them great budget headphones.
8:43The reviewer compares the Ugreen HiTune Max5c against the Tozo HT2 and Soundcore Q20i in rock and hip-hop sound tests. The Ugreen consistently finishes last in both categories, with the reviewer attributing its poor performance to the app's preset-only EQ, which muddies vocals and bass. The reviewer suggests the Ugreen needs app improvements to be competitive.
