Image © SoundPEATSREVIEW: The SoundPEATS Air5 Pro Plus needs volume to sound great, but its short battery life can get in the way. Test vs Soundcore, OnePlus, Earfun, Redmi.
The SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ packs a hybrid dual-driver design with an extensive codec lineup, including LDAC and aptX Lossless, plus hybrid ANC and multipoint connectivity. It delivers rich, detailed sound that really opens up at higher volumes, though its battery life with ANC active is on the shorter side. A robust app and touch controls round out a feature-dense package for commuters and active listeners.

Reviewers agree the SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ delivers strong sound quality, effective noise cancelling, and a comfortable fit at a budget-friendly price, making it a solid value.
11:23The SoundPEATS Air5 Pro Plus offers solid performance with a well-balanced, slightly warm sound signature, effective noise cancelling, and a comfortable fit, though the companion app is buggy and the case lacks wireless charging. The reviewer scores it 79/100, noting it's a refined improvement over the Air5 Pro, especially in treble smoothness and soundstage, but the microphone picks up wind easily and the app needs refinement.
6:16The reviewer praises the SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ as a highly capable and comfortable pair of true wireless earbuds, highlighting their XMEMS drivers, strong ANC, and versatile sound. He notes the aggressive V-shaped tuning with powerful bass, which may require EQ adjustments for some users, but overall finds them excellent for music and gaming, and plans to keep them in his collection.
8:25The reviewer finds the SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ earbuds to be a strong value, offering impressive sound quality with a hybrid driver system, solid ANC, and low-latency gaming mode at a budget-friendly price. The main trade-off is reduced battery life when using LDAC, but overall they recommend them for those seeking premium features without flagship cost.
11:14The reviewer finds the SoundPEATS Air5 Pro+ to be excellent budget ANC earbuds that punch above their price, with strong sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and a rich feature set. However, he notes that real-world battery life is lower than advertised, especially with ANC or high-res codecs active, and that iPhone users are limited to AAC, missing the full high-res experience. He recommends them for Android users and anyone seeking value and performance, provided they understand these platform limitations.
