The Razer Kraken V4 Pro is a premium wireless gaming headset that blends a hybrid dual-driver setup with Bluetooth 5.3 and multipoint connectivity for versatile use. It offers a long 50-hour battery life, a single microphone, and button-based controls, though it lacks active noise cancellation and water resistance. Video reviews we found, each condensed to its verdict. They do feed the HearWiki score, at a measured weight below what a published written review carries.
20:10The reviewer concludes that the Razer Kraken V4 Pro is a premium, well-built gaming headset with excellent haptics and a feature-rich control station, but notes that the stock pleather ear pads are uncomfortable in hot climates and recommends replacing them with Wicked Cushions. Overall, it's a solid long-term option for gamers who value haptics and build quality, though the ear pads are a notable drawback.
28:01The reviewer compares the Razer Kraken V4 Pro and SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless, ultimately preferring the SteelSeries for its superior audio, comfort, and hot-swappable battery system. The Kraken V4 Pro is praised for its plush cushions and haptic feedback, but criticized for shorter battery life with features on, pressure on glasses, and limited EQ options. The reviewer concludes the SteelSeries is the better overall flagship headset, though the Kraken has its own strengths.
15:21The reviewer finds the Razer Kraken V4 Pro to be a very comfortable and well-built premium gaming headset, praising its fit, haptics, and multi-platform connectivity. However, he criticizes the high price, lack of included accessories like spare earpads or a hard case, and the short battery life when features are enabled, making it a mixed recommendation.
21:20The reviewer spent several weeks with the Razer Kraken V4 Pro and found it to be a feature-rich, comfortable headset with good spatial audio and flexible connectivity, but was disappointed by the lackluster bass, limited EQ profiles, and the gimmicky haptics that drain battery life. Overall, it's a decent flagship option but not worth the premium price for the haptics alone.
5:56The reviewer finds the Razer Kraken V4 Pro's haptics and audio immersion excellent, but the experience is ruined by a poor microphone, unreliable software that resets settings daily, and a redundant mix amp. The headset's design is praised, but the software issues and mic quality make it hard to recommend at this price.
