The Aeon Flow Open is a lightweight planar magnetic over-ear headphone from MrSpeakers, known for its fast, punchy sound and comfortable fit. It features swappable tuning inserts to adjust brightness and bass levels.

Reviewers generally agree the Aeon Flow Open is a comfortable, well-built planar headphone with a warm, smooth, and detailed sound that works well as an upgrade from Sennheiser HD 600/650 models.
16:11The reviewer finds the Aeon Flow Open to be a very appealing and pleasant-sounding planar magnetic headphone, with a subtly tuned, warm and inviting character that makes all recordings sound great. While it has a slight bass bloom and a touch of treble zing, the included tuning filters effectively adjust the sound to taste. The reviewer prefers it over the more expensive Ether Flow Open and recommends it as a worthy upgrade from Sennheiser HD 600/650 series headphones.
14:26The reviewer finds the Aeon Flow Open to be a well-built, comfortable, and detailed headphone, but considers its sound signature safe and somewhat boring, lacking excitement in the treble and sub-bass. While vocals are praised, the overall presentation feels uninspired and not competitive enough at its $800 price point, making it hard to recommend for his tastes.
9:29The reviewer finds the Aeon Flow Open to be an excellent entry-level high-end headphone, offering a neutral presentation with a slight mid-bass boost. They note it scales well with better gear and is a great upgrade from models like the Sennheiser HD 650, though it has a narrower soundstage compared to the more expensive Ether Flow. Overall, they consider it a fantastic value that could satisfy many listeners without needing to spend more.
16:12The reviewer compares the MrSpeakers Aeon Flow Open and Focal Elex, finding the Aeon Flow more comfortable, lighter, and warmer-sounding with a relaxed presentation, while the Elex is brighter, more analytical, and has a wider soundstage. He prefers the Aeon Flow for its comfort and engaging sound, but recommends both for different preferences.
