15:05The reviewer, a Dell employee, is pleasantly surprised by the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds EB525, praising their clear microphone quality, comfortable fit with multiple ear tip sizes, and convenient dongle for quick connections. She plans to use them as her primary travel earbuds, though she notes she hasn't yet tested long-term battery life.
16:46The reviewer finds the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds EB525 to be an excellent business-focused true wireless option, particularly praising the outstanding AI-based microphone noise cancellation for calls, which is the standout feature. They note the earbuds are comfortable for long wear, have good battery life, and offer solid connectivity, though the sound signature is voice-optimized and less exciting for music, and the active noise cancellation is moderate rather than class-leading.
6:30The reviewer gives a positive first impression of the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds, highlighting the built-in dongle for quick connectivity, comfortable fit, and neutral design. She notes the product is the first Teams-certified open-office earbuds and plans a more detailed review after extended use.
5:27The reviewer concludes that the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds EB525 are a solid choice for professionals who prioritize call quality, comfort, and reliable connectivity over music performance. They note that while the earbuds excel in work-related scenarios like Teams or Zoom calls, they fall short for those seeking top-tier audio for entertainment, and mention minor reported issues with microphone consistency and ANC affecting sound balance. Overall, they recommend the earbuds for their intended productivity-focused audience but caution against buying them purely for music.
