ASUS Cetra Open Wireless

The reviewer finds the ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless earbuds to be a unique lifestyle-oriented gaming product, praised for their open design that allows ambient awareness and all-day comfort, though they lack bass and have a bulky case. The reviewer considers them ideal for casual gaming and portable use, especially for parents or those who need to stay aware of their surroundings, despite the microphone being only passable.

The reviewer finds the ROG Cetra Open Wireless earbuds to be a solid, comfortable, and versatile lifestyle product for gaming and everyday use, though not aimed at audiophiles. It excels in comfort, battery life, and cross-platform compatibility, but has shortcomings in sound quality for critical listening, a finicky multipoint system, and a potential 2.4 GHz connection issue. Overall, it's recommended for active users and mobile gamers seeking an all-in-one solution, but not for those prioritizing audio fidelity.

The reviewer finds the ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless earbuds to be a great solution for gamers who want low-latency audio without ear canal blockage, praising the stable 2.4GHz connection, good sound quality, and comfort when worn at the right angle. However, they criticize the companion software, the neck strap design, and note that the fit can become uncomfortable if the angle shifts, plus the microphone is only passable.

The reviewer found the ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless earbuds to be excellent for latency-sensitive tasks like video editing and gaming, praising the 2.4GHz dongle for lag-free performance and the open-ear design for comfort and situational awareness. They recommend them for content creators despite the higher price, noting solid battery life and clear sound after two months of use.
