What?! STAX Headphones You Can Actually Afford?! - SRS-X1000 Earspeaker System (SR-X1 + SRM-270S)
5,1 tys. wyświetleńmar 2025
The reviewer finds the STAX SRS-X1000 system (SR-X1 headphones with SRM-270S energizer) to be an excellent entry point into electrostatic audio, offering superb clarity, detail, and controlled bass at an affordable sub-$1000 price. Comfort is rated highly due to the extremely light weight, though the small ear openings and heavy cable are noted drawbacks. Overall, it is praised as a great value and a significant improvement over the older SRL300 in build and comfort.

5,6 tys. wyświetleńmaj 2024
The reviewer is highly impressed with the STAX SR-L300 electrostatic headphones, praising their surprising bass response, detailed yet non-sibilant treble, and excellent vocal reproduction. They note the headphones require a powerful energizer and have a medium soundstage, but overall consider them among the best they've heard, especially for vocals and bass.
