Campfire Audio Clara

The reviewer calls Clara one of the most well-rounded and performative earphones they have heard, with a recommendation that depends mainly on whether the listener likes emphasized bass and is not overly sensitive to treble character. The main caveat is that the shells are large enough to be problematic for smaller ears.

The reviewer highlights rich bass, an expansive soundstage, a comfortable fit, and a strong accessory package, including a DAC dongle. The main tradeoffs are slightly recessed treble and a shell size that may not work for smaller ears.

The review summary presents Clara as a hybrid IEM that blends clarity, balance, and musicality in a versatile way for both monitoring and casual listening. It highlights the strong low end, clear mids, and Campfire’s proprietary high-frequency tuning approach.

The reviewer praises Clara’s build, packaging, timbre, and musical presentation, and notes that it uses Campfire’s latest hybrid IEM tech. The review also says the soundstage is not especially wide, even though the overall performance is strong.

The reviewer describes Clara as a beautifully made, highly engaging IEM that balances technical performance with musicality very well. The presentation emphasizes strong refinement, impressive low-end control, and a tuning that feels easy to enjoy for long listening sessions.
