The Moondrop QUARK2 is a USB-C in-ear monitor featuring a micro-dynamic driver with LCP dome composite diaphragm, closed front cavity acoustic tuning, and support for 32bit/384kHz hardware decoding.

Reviewers agree the Moondrop QUARK2 is a solid budget IEM with a clean, neutral tuning, built-in USB-C DAC, and good value at $17, especially for vocals and midrange.
19:02The reviewer finds the Moondrop Quark 2 to be an excellent budget IEM with a clean, well-tuned sound, great isolation, and a sturdy USB-C cable with a built-in DAC. While the bass is lighter than his preference and the treble lacks some air, he considers it a strong value and a clear upgrade over the original Quark, though he notes the Chu II offers stronger bass and a carrying case.
7:56The reviewer finds the Moondrop Quark 2 a worthy successor to the original, offering a more dynamic and engaging sound with better resolution and imaging, while remaining a comfortable, well-tuned budget IEM. It is praised for its all-in-one DSP dongle design, effective seal, and useful inline controls, making it ideal for on-the-go listening, though the microphone is only average and the bass is not for bassheads.
11:29The reviewer finds the Moondrop Quark 2 to be a great value at $17, offering a competent LCP driver, built-in DAC with DSP, and a safe, smooth, neutral tuning. They note it's not exciting but does nothing wrong, with good technicalities and vocals, though the fit can cause a vacuum effect and the bass is a bit thin. Overall, they recommend it for the price.
12:36The reviewer finds the Moondrop Quark 2 to be a solid ultra-budget IEM with a neutral, mid-forward tuning that excels at vocals and instruments, but notes its bass and treble are lighter than preferred. While it doesn't match the tuning of some competitors like the Chu 2 or Wyvern Abyss, its functionality, convenience, and $17 price make it a worthwhile purchase, especially for vocal lovers.
5:37The reviewer found the Moondrop Quark2 to be a decent-sounding budget IEM when it fits properly, but it suffers from significant pressure imbalance and channel inconsistency due to a lack of front venting, which makes it hard to recommend. The overall verdict is mixed, as the sound quality is acceptable but the fit issues are a major drawback.
20:05The reviewer finds the Moondrop Quark2 to be a strong budget daily driver, praising its all-in-one USB-C design, comfort, and especially its well-balanced midrange. However, they note that bass is limited and high-frequency detail is lacking, making it unsuitable for bassheads or those seeking high treble resolution. Overall, it's recommended for its price and practicality.
