The Moondrop LAN is a wired in-ear monitor featuring a 10mm dual-cavity dynamic driver with a beryllium-plated dome composite diaphragm, housed in a MIM steel shell. It offers a frequency response of 15Hz-37kHz and an impedance of 32 ohms, with a replaceable 0.78mm 2-pin cable.

Reviewers agree the Moondrop LAN is a well-built, comfortable budget IEM with a neutral, versatile sound that works well for both music and gaming, particularly in competitive shooters due to good imaging.
25:51The reviewer finds the Moondrop LAN to be a well-built, neutral-sounding IEM that improves on the SSR and Chu in several ways, particularly in treble control and overall comfort. However, it is not better in every way, as it lacks some of the SSR's charm and has a plain aesthetic. Overall, it is a solid $40 option for those who prefer a relaxed, neutral tuning.
7:21The reviewer highly recommends the Moondrop LAN as a budget IEM, praising its solid stainless steel build, neutral-bright sound signature, and excellent gaming performance for both Valorant and Apex Legends. They consider it a benchmark budget set, though they note it may not suit bass heads and that a cable swap improves its performance for Valorant.
10:01The reviewer finds the Moondrop LAN to be a well-tuned budget IEM with a natural sound, though it has a slightly forward upper midrange and lacks some mid-bass impact. They appreciate the detachable cable, solid build, and overall tuning, and recommend it as a slight upgrade over the Moondrop Chu, despite some competition from other budget IEMs.
9:34The reviewer finds the Moondrop LAN to be a well-built, comfortable IEM that offers a balanced, slightly bass-forward sound, making it a versatile all-rounder for both gaming and music. It excels in competitive shooters with good imaging and soundstage, and is praised as a great value at its price point, though it lacks a microphone.
16:29The reviewer finds the Moondrop LAN to be a well-tuned, versatile IEM at its price point, with a neutral and forgiving sound that works across genres. It offers good comfort and build quality, though bass is slightly soft and detail retrieval isn't class-leading. Overall, it's recommended as a safe, enjoyable choice for most listeners.
