Reviewers largely agree the KZ Zenith is a well-tuned, balanced single dynamic driver IEM with solid metal build and good bass, representing a more mature step for KZ.
7:59The reviewer is highly impressed with the KZ Zenith in-ear monitors, especially when paired with the KZ AN01 wireless adapter, which transforms them into wireless, active noise-cancelling earbuds. They praise the sound quality, particularly the bass, and consider it an excellent value, though they note the adapter can be a bit loose and the transparency mode is only average.
11:53The reviewer finds the KZ Zenith to be a well-tuned dynamic driver earphone that delivers clean, impactful bass and improved clarity over the earlier Melee model, especially in mid-bass and high-frequency overtones. They praise its accurate instrument reproduction and overall sound quality, though they criticize the unnecessary multiple tuning switches and suggest simplifying the design to lower the price. Overall, they consider it a good, improved set.
20:06The reviewer praises the KZ Zenith as a significant upgrade in KZ's single dynamic driver lineup, combining refined tuning with a more capable driver that offers better technical performance, imaging, and bass texture. They note it sounds balanced and smooth, with a useful bass adjustment switch, and see it as a good way to understand what more expensive single DD IEMs offer, though it may sound similar to cheaper KZ sets in less demanding material.
6:24The reviewer finds the KZ Zenith to be a more mature and refined take on KZ's typical tuning, with a rich and colorful sound that is less aggressively V-shaped than previous models. The four tuning switches offer flexibility, though the reviewer notes they are fiddly to adjust and likely to be set once and left alone. Overall, the reviewer is impressed and considers it one of the more enjoyable KZ products they've tried.
10:57The reviewer considers the KZ Zenith the best single dynamic driver IEM KZ has released, praising its neutral tuning, solid build, and versatility across genres. While it lacks top-tier technicalities and has a slightly edgy treble, it's a well-rounded, comfortable set that's easy to recommend, especially for relaxed listening. The reviewer gives it a total score of 6.72 and an enjoyment score of 8, earning a 'Bam Obi approved' verdict.
5:13The reviewer finds the KZ Zenith to be a well-built, attractive IEM with a safe, inoffensive tuning that lacks standout qualities in bass, mids, or treble. While it's not a bad product, it doesn't offer the excitement or distinct character the reviewer hoped for, making it a middle-of-the-road option.
