The AKG N700NC M2 Wireless headphones feature adaptive noise cancelling, AKG reference sound, and up to 23 hours of battery life with Bluetooth and ANC on. They include TalkThru and Ambient Aware modes, a detachable cable with one-button remote, and a flat-foldable design with premium materials.

Reviewers largely agree that the AKG N700NC M2 offers improved build quality and balanced, accurate sound, especially after EQ adjustments, making it a strong value for its price.
11:31The reviewer finds the AKG N700NC M2 to have notably improved build quality and, after EQ adjustment, sound quality that rivals more expensive models, but criticizes the design, comfort, and subpar noise cancellation and ambient mode. They conclude the headphones are only suitable for a specific audience, particularly those with smaller heads who prefer a neutral sound signature, and recommend waiting for a sale below $250.
18:30The reviewer compares the AKG N700NC M2 against the Apple AirPods Max and Sony WH-1000XM4, finding the AKG surprisingly good for its low price, with better sound quality than the more expensive competitors despite weaker noise cancellation. The AirPods Max is criticized for poor tuning and lack of EQ, while the Sony requires EQ adjustments to sound decent. The AKG is praised as a value pick for sound quality.
24:03The reviewer finds the AKG N700NC M2 a significant improvement over the previous model, praising the sleeker design, better build quality, and USB-C charging. However, the active noise cancellation is still not as strong as competitors like Bose or Sony, though it handles high-pitched noises well. Overall, the reviewer is impressed with the changes and considers them a worthy upgrade.
3:53The reviewer finds the AKG N700NC M2 to be a solid pair of headphones with good sound (after EQ tweaks), excellent battery life, and decent noise cancelling, but notes comfort issues, small ear cups, and frustrating button controls. Overall, they recommend them as a good option but not top-tier compared to Sony or Bose.
6:43The reviewer considers the AKG N700NC M2 to be an outstanding, underrated pair of headphones, praising their premium build, comfort, and balanced sound quality. They believe these headphones outperform more popular brands like Bose and Beats, and highly recommend them despite the $300 price tag.
7:04The reviewer praises the AKG N700NC M2 as an underrated wireless headphone that excels in balanced, accurate sound, comfort, and effective noise cancellation, while offering solid battery life and a premium build. They conclude it's a strong choice for those prioritizing audio fidelity and everyday usability over trendy features, though it lacks some high-end codecs and top-tier ANC.
