Like a new version of a hit tune or a director’s cut of a favourite movie, there’s nothing like a remix to add to the magic. The HD 458BT gives the HD 450BT a new look.

Reviewers generally agree that the Sennheiser HD 458BT offers solid build quality, clear sound, and good microphone performance, making it a strong value at discounted prices around $100.
6:15The reviewer found the Sennheiser HD 458BT to be a premium-feeling budget headphone, especially when purchased at a sale price. They praised its build quality, sound clarity, and microphone performance, while noting that the active noise cancellation is decent but not top-tier and the fit is best for medium-sized heads. Overall, they recommend it as a great value during sales, giving it a high rating.
7:30The reviewer finds the Sennheiser HD 458BT to be a solid pair of headphones with excellent, neutral audio quality and a comfortable fit, but is disappointed by the mediocre active noise cancellation, which only handles low-frequency sounds. They recommend the headphones at a discounted price of around $100, but suggest looking elsewhere if you need effective ANC or are paying the full $200.
13:04The reviewer finds the Sennheiser HD 458BT headphones to be a good value at the sale price of $99, praising their sound quality when wired and comfortable design for lying down, but notes that the build feels cheap, the headband is annoying, and call quality is poor. He recommends them only if purchased at the discounted price, not at the regular $200.
12:15The reviewer compares the Sony CH710N and Sennheiser HD 458BT, concluding that while both have mediocre audio quality, the Sony is the better overall choice due to superior comfort, better-integrated dual pairing, and more practical design features like rotating ear cups. The Sennheiser is praised for its build quality and included carry case, but the reviewer recommends the Sony for most users.
4:05The reviewer tests the microphone quality of the Sennheiser HD 458BT headphones, comparing it to a laptop and camera mic. They find the headphone mic performs well overall, but note an annoying humming sound and the ability to hear your own voice and ambient noise when the mic is active. They suggest using the aux cable to avoid these issues while still using ANC.
15:10The reviewer provides a detailed assessment of the Sennheiser HD 458BT, highlighting its strong battery life, effective active noise cancelling, and clear microphone quality. They note the unique scroll media switch as a feature that requires adjustment, and express a desire for a hard case. Overall, the headphones are recommended for their performance and features, with minor caveats.
