OnePlus Buds Z2

PCMag says the Buds Z2 offer strong bass, IP55 protection, and good advertised battery life, making them a competitive budget ANC earbud. The review also notes that they support AAC and SBC but not aptX.

SoundGuys found that the Buds Z2 support Bluetooth 5.2 with SBC and AAC, and that their battery life is decent in typical use. In testing, the earbuds lasted a little over four hours with ANC at maximum, while the case extends total playback significantly.
