REVIEW: Is the Moondrop Space Travel 2 Ultra worth upgrading over the Moondrop Space Travel? Test and comparison, also with QCY MeloBuds N70.

Was überzeugt

  • Ausgewogener, klarer Klang mit planarem Treiber
  • LDAC-Unterstützung für High-Res-Audio
  • Aktive Geräuschunterdrückung und Transparenzmodus

  • Bequemer Sitz und leichtes Design

Was nicht

Scarbir describes the Space Travel 2 Ultra as a very strong budget option with a balanced, natural sound signature and enough features to stand out at its price. The review also notes meaningful compromises, especially the lack of waterproofing and other premium conveniences.

Like the original model from 2023, the Moondrop Space Travel 2 Ultra is a breath of fresh air in the landscape of ultra-affordable wireless earphones, offering a balanced and clear sound. Time hasn’t stood still, however, and even around 30 dollars , you can get better app support, stronger Active Noise Cancelling, and longer battery life now. The Space Travel 2 Ultra is still definitely worth it if you’re a fan of the sound signature or the quirky design. EASY PICK! Moondrop Space Travel 2 Ultra vs Space Travel 2 vs Space Travel

Picky Audio90.736 AufrufeSept. 2025

The reviewer compares the Moondrop Space Travel 2 Ultra against the Space Travel 2 and original Space Travel, finding the Ultra a solid budget option with improved battery life, connectivity, and app features, but notes its sound tuning is flatter and less exciting than the others, and the noise cancelling and transparency modes show only marginal gains. Overall, the Ultra is a good pick for its price, though not a dramatic upgrade over the Space Travel 2.

Best TWS for the buck!

Coming from a long-time user of the first space traveler, this really deserves the two. The sound quality is very crisp and the noise canceling works very well. Ldap support is good but does notWeiterlesen

Great affordable set, but has it s quirks.

I m using these with an LG V60 and the moondrop app to enable LDAC support. With that, the sound quality and resolution is AMAZING for 40 dollars, I ve never heard earbuds that are THIS good at thisWeiterlesen

Definitely in the $30 category...

Not an audiophile, but these earbuds did not live up to the hype. I was expecting a lot from a company that has made it s reputation through earbuds. These earbuds are outperformed by even my $30Weiterlesen

Horrible software and pairing experience, AMAZING sound.

First let me start and say the sound quality on these headphones is WELL above what you pay for. They sound like planar magnetics, and match IEMs I ve spent hundreds on. So if you are willing toWeiterlesen
