Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch

The reviewer finds the Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch to be among the best-sounding true wireless earbuds they've tested, with excellent clarity, detail, and controlled bass. However, they encountered initial pairing and connectivity issues that required resets, and they note the lack of features like fast charging and wireless charging at this price point. Overall, they highly recommend them for sound quality but caution about the software hiccups and missing features.

The reviewer tests the Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch earbuds, covering design, battery life, app features, and sound quality. They find the earbuds comfortable with a good but not exceptional seal, and the sound is immersive with customizable EQ. Call quality tests show decent performance in quiet and noisy environments, though wind and background noises affect clarity. Overall, the reviewer seems satisfied, highlighting the app's flexibility and the earbuds' stability.

The reviewer compares the Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch and Melomania 1+ true wireless earbuds, finding both to be excellent value with fantastic sound quality. He ultimately prefers the Touch for its more comfortable fit and slightly punchier bass, though he notes the 1+ has a more neutral out-of-the-box sound and a smaller case. He recommends trying both before buying due to personal preference differences.

The reviewer praises the Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch as excellent all-round true wireless earbuds, highlighting their strong audio quality, comfortable fit, and useful app features like a five-band EQ and codec selection. They note minor drawbacks such as a faint hiss when idle and a firmware update hiccup, but overall recommend them for most users.

The reviewer compares the Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2, concluding that while the Sennheisers offer active noise cancellation and a more polished app, the Cambridge Audio earbuds win on sound quality, with a fuller, more dynamic and bass-heavy presentation. The reviewer prefers the Cambridge Audio earbuds overall, especially for their superior sound and better equalizer, unless active noise cancellation is a priority.
